I
am a professionally trained coach, having graduated from the
Coaching Academy, Europe's largest coaching organisation. I am also a member of the International
Coaching Federation, the regulatory body for coaches.
I have experience in providing coaching to private individuals in addition to working with people in the corporate, performance and public sector environments to achieve goals within their working lives.
A BSc Development Studies graduate, I have ten years experience in both blue chip and small enterprises at management level. For 6 years I worked as a director of a manufacturing company.
This experience taught me the benefits of good interpersonal skills and building rapport with people at all levels. Throughout my career and in my work as a personal development coach, I have always believed in the enormous potential that exists within people. It is my passion to inspire people to realise their potential, so they become fulfilled, energised, focused and productive.
I live in Cardiff with my wife Laura and in my spare time I enjoy music, sport, film and theatre and appreciate the vast benefits of socialising!
