The Coaching Process

offer coaching either face to face or by telephone. Both with e-mail back-up if required. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes.

A minimum commitment of 4 sessions is usually necessary for you to undertake the action plans we put together for you to achieve your goals. After completing the initial 4 sessions, further sessions can then be booked at your chosen frequency, to boost your momentum.

Coaching has a natural life-cycle and when you feel you've achieved the outcome you want, it will be time for me to congratulate you on your success.

During our coaching sessions we will identify what you're doing, what you want to change and how you can achieve that change. It's focused 100% on you.

However, coaching is not about me giving you the answers. I will work with you to help you develop your own answers - this way, you will be far more committed to achieving a positive outcome.

At times you may find it awkward or challenging to do what we agree but that is when you're experiencing real personal growth. I will be there to support you through this and to see you celebrate your success and achievement.
